Skate Parks

The Cosumnes CSD Parks and Recreation Department has 2 skate parks available for use. These recreational areas are for children and adults to enjoy as they develop and refine their skills.
  • BMX and Skate Park at Derr-Okamoto Park at 9950 Mainline Drive
  • Skate Park at Wackford Community and Aquatic Complex at 9014 Bruceville Road

Park Hours


  • Daily 8 am to dusk

General Rules


  • All users must wear protective gear that includes helmet with chin strap fastened, knee pads and elbow pads.
  • Parks are unsupervised.
  • Use of parks are only permitted during hours of operation. The Cosumnes CSD will enforce the “No Trespassing” Ordinance after hours.
  • Skateboarding, skating and BMX-ing may constitute hazardous recreational activities pursuant to government code section 831.7. Use of this facility may result in bodily injury, disability, or even death. Use at your own risk.
  • Cosumnes CSD does not assume responsibility for injuries.
